About Chudleigh Health Hub
At Chudleigh Health Hub, we’re committed to providing outstanding osteopathy and physiotherapy in Chudleigh. Our team puts your health first, with a whole-person approach to treatment and care.
We believe in empowering our patients through personalised care and therapies, giving you the knowledge to look after your own health rather than only treating you when something goes wrong.
Our new name, Health Autonomy
Health Autonomy is the next chapter for Chudleigh Health Hub. The name reflects what we believe: you should understand your body and feel in control of your health. You’ll still find us in the same place, with the same team.
Training the next generation
