Your first appointment starts with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, health and lifestyle, followed by an examination. We’ll explain what we find in plain language, agree a plan with you and, where appropriate, start treatment the same day.
We may need to see how you move, so wear or bring something comfortable, such as shorts and a vest top. You’re welcome to bring someone with you.
We also have a physiotherapist working with us, so if physiotherapy or a combination of treatments suits you best, you can get it here.
Alongside hands-on treatment, we may use PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) and red light therapy where we think they’ll help, and we’ll always explain why.
We use evidence-based hands-on techniques alongside exercise, and always explain what we’re doing and why.
