Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly online, by phone or on WhatsApp. If you plan to claim on health insurance, check with your insurer first, as some ask for a GP referral.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment lasts 60 minutes: a detailed conversation about your symptoms, health and lifestyle, then an examination. We’ll explain what we find, agree a plan with you, and start treatment where it’s appropriate.
How much does it cost?
A new patient consultation is £85 and follow-ups are £50, for both osteopathy and physiotherapy. Longevity assessments start at £150. See all our fees.
Should I see an osteopath or a physiotherapist?
Both are regulated and there’s a lot of overlap. If you’re not sure, call us and we’ll suggest who’s best placed to help. Read our guide.
