Who we are

Why we use it
We use your information to provide your care, keep accurate clinical records as our professional standards require, manage appointments and payments, and contact you about your care. Our legal basis is providing healthcare to you and meeting our legal and professional obligations. Health information is special category data, which we process for the purposes of providing healthcare.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when it’s needed for your care (for example with your GP, with your consent), when the law requires it, or with services that help us run the clinic, such as our booking system (Square). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep clinical records for [retention period, in line with GOsC and insurer guidance], then delete them securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or in some cases ask us to delete or restrict it. Email info@chudleighhealth.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This website
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and booking links take you to Square, which has its own privacy policy.
Website chat assistant. Our website offers an optional chat assistant powered by Claude, an AI service provided by Anthropic. If you use it, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. We do not store chat conversations. Please don’t share personal or medical details in the chat. To discuss your health or book an appointment, contact us directly.
