Elbow pain
Expert osteopathic care for tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and other common elbow problems.

Understanding common elbow conditions
We treat a range of elbow problems, most often caused by repetitive strain or overuse. Spotting the signs early helps prevent things getting worse.
Tennis elbow
Lateral epicondylitis causes pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow, usually worse when gripping or twisting.
Golfer’s elbow
Medial epicondylitis causes similar symptoms on the inside of the elbow and can affect how your wrist and hand work.
If you have ongoing elbow pain, we’ll create a plan to ease pain, restore movement and get you back to what you enjoy.

Targeted treatment for elbow conditions
Your recovery starts with finding the root cause. Because the elbow is so important for daily tasks and sport, our focus is on restoring function and easing pain.
We use hands-on methods including gentle manipulation, stretching and myofascial release to improve joint movement and reduce muscle tension. We also check related areas, such as your wrist, shoulder and neck, that may be contributing.
We’ll teach you self-management strategies and exercises, so you have the tools to look after your elbow long term.
